I applied though my school portal and got a reply from them after about 2 months. I was scheduled an interview with them and I could do it on google hangout or I could choose to go to their office to see them face to face. I chose to see them at their office because I thought that would be more polite and would leave a better impression. There were 5 people interviewing me. Two people were sitting on the table with me and the other three were communicating via the webcam connected to a TV screen. The people on the other side of the camera were the technical guys and I think it was just the HR person and the Project Manager who was sitting with me at the table.
