I was interviewed by the CEO of Sopra Steria Financial Services, whilst I think the interview went very well, I got a feeling that he had made his mind up on something very early in the interview. I get it that sometimes the face just does not fit, however, the interview was a disaster and the CEO was clearly showing a huge lack of professionalism and respect.
