Must meet expectations on the investment side and the bank side. Having experience always helps but character and desire to win cannot be taught. Need a Series 7, 66, and CA Life Insurance License. Must be able to demonstrate a proven ability to be a top performer, leader, & team player.

Interview
Brief interview with investment manager for less than an hour. Immediate manager has hiring authority. Post hiring manager, interview with bank managers is set up to essentially give the okay. Not entirely required however it is always nice for managers of employees giving you referrals to approve you as the associate to cover their branches.
