A multi stage interview process occurred due to high candidacy count. Initial screener with consultant, follow up interview with hiring manager, followed by round robin with C suite executives and hiring manager. The whole process six hours of total remote interviewing over 6 weeks, with final interview to be scheduled with CEO at headquarters. While I was not selected, I was verbally contacted to be informed, and my efforts and experience were appreciated.
This is such a drastic difference from all other companies I’ve interviewed with in the recent years, who leave people in limbo without any feedback, and I would highly recommend others pursue this company.
