I applied for a job. A week went by and no one responded nor did they respond to a followup email. Why is Soul Cycle looking to hire when they can't respond back to applicants?

I emailed my resume to the studio and they got back to me quickly to come in for an interview. It was very quick! They said they would be back to me within the week about the role but I heard the very next day. I like that they were decisive and got back to me quickly!
