Started with a screening though Google Meet. Pretty thorough for a screening, touched on my experience, what I knew about SoundCommerce and why I was interested in this position. Over the next month, I interviewed with two executive team members and one technical team member before meeting with HR and then finally interviewing with the CEO. I meet with HR again after that interview and formally received an offer. The interview questions are really just trying to gauge where your skills are functionally and technically, as well as your fit for the company, all equally important. This is a startup so wearing multiple hats and even building processes may be required. If you need absolute structure, this might be a difficult company for you at this point. Everyone I met were smart great people and really believed in the company's mission AND the CEO. No IQ test are required, which I only mention because I had other startup companies require cognitive aptitude test. Although I passed these tests, they setup for a poor interviewing experience and that may speak to the company's culture as a whole. Luckily SoundCommerce has not chosen this route and instead preferred normal human to human interaction.
