I applied online and about 3 weeks later I received and email of interest and after setting an interview time I did my interview with Tamara. She was nice and went through basic questions, they really want to know about you.

I had phone interview in which I was told, after answering all of the questions satisfactorily, that I wasn't right for the job.This turned out to be a trick statement to see if I would fight back, which I did and was passed on to a second interview. I interviewed with the Project manager and the CEO and was accepted the day after.
