The interview process was well organized and pretty thorough. I initially had a phone screen, then an in person interview. They asked standard questions, behavioural questions, and role play questions. The interviewer followed a script and asked questions like: what do your colleagues think is your greatest strength?

Tell us about a time when you made a poor decision about adding a feature to your product. Why was it a poor decision and how did you address it?
It was pretty smooth except few tough questions. Interviewer made me comfortable and was nice. Make sure to be ready to answer DB related questions. Multiple interview cycles.
Interview by Client Services Director was the toughest.

Very technical interview. Be prepared for meeting at least 3 interviewers to talk about various aspects of your qualification for the applied position. Also, prepare for the behavioral questions, situations you encountered and how you responded to those?
