1. Quick chat about career, projects work on and technologies used. 2. Build a calculator using React take home assessment. I typically don't like take homes but this one was rather short and fun to build out. 3. Group meeting with pretty much the entire team. Every one seemed really cool honestly. During the interview process, I was greeted with energetic, positive people that put me at ease almost immediately (which is saying a lot, I was all nerves). The focus of the questions did cover how I might fit in with their needs, but also how they might fit in with mine. While the duties were absolutely covered, as was the discussions about my skillset, the focus was on who I am as a person. It was very clear that the employee value as a person was the biggest factor.
