The simple panel interview. They used an interview scale and questions. They asked if I knew the type of population being served under the TSE program. They asked if I could work under little supervision, and they asked if I had experience with conducting workshops and usage of instructor's manual.

It was a panel included three managers and just one time interview. But the Cover letter is considered the first interview in order to be considered for an in person interview
