This was probably the worst experience I have ever had. I've had a better experience interviewing at Jewel Osco for a bagging position. The interviewer and I agreed on a date and time for a virtual interview for 12pm on a Friday. The interviewer emailed me that morning mentioning that they accidentally double booked with a class and asked to reschedule on Saturday at 9AM. So I rescheduled and agreed to 10AM on a Saturday although I still find that a bit odd to do an interview on a weekend. I show up on the virtual link on Saturday and waited for 15 mins. Complete no show. I send an email to reschedule and they mention to me that their truck got stolen so they were just getting to emails. They asked to reschedule same day or Sunday. We agree to a 12:30pm on Monday. I get an email that morning giving me a link for a 12pm interview. Fine, no big deal, but it's odd that we agreed to 12:30pm, but now it's suddenly 12pm. I finally do the interview. It went well and the interviewer mentioned that they would get back to me on the same day. Surprise surprise, I have been completely ghosted. I have never experienced such a lackluster interview experience in all of my professional career. Sure mistakes happen, but this is honestly laughable. TL;DR: - First attempt at interviewing was rescheduled because interviewer forgot they double booked. - Second attempt at interviewing, which was on a weekend, was rescheduled because the interviewer had their truck stolen? - Actual interview was changed to 30 mins earlier the same day. The interview went well. Was told I would get feedback same day about scheduling and such, ghosted. No response back in 9 days. If the interview process is a reflection of the school, do not work here and definitely don't send your kid here.
