I interviewed at South Texas College (McAllen, TX)
Interview
During the interview, I was asked several questions about how I handle different situations, particularly under pressure, and how I work my way around a keyboard and mouse while using Excel. These questions focused on both my decision-making process in high-stress scenarios and my ability to navigate and apply practical skills in Excel to organize and analyze information effectively.
Takes entirely too long. I do not know how they screen applicants but it does not seem efficient enough to connect with opportunities for employment. On average, I understand it takes months to receive an offer to interview and even longer to get the offer for employment.
