Applied via indeed and heard back pretty quickly, after a typical initial video screen with the hiring manager I was ghosted. I can’t say I’m upset because the role wasn’t a great fit, but as a Talent Acquisition professional it’s just sad to not even get an automated thanks but no thanks.
