Calm and informal, panels were professional, friendly but kind. We're very clear as to the process and what to expect. Outlined who the panel were, why the job was available and all terms from the start. I will say a previous user did note they had non technical questions, mine was not that experience as they needed someone to hit the ground running. If you are going for a technical role, be sure to have technical examples in a star format ready. questions that I remember What is a database If I could talk about a database I had worked on Consider security Backups and recovery What would I do if I was under pressure and there was a big project I couldn't finish I was told over the phone which I really didn't expect and I think that was very considerate, I was offered feedback and wished well. Really positive experience that I know I can learn from - wish every interview was like this!
