Interview
Very behavioral focused and nontechnical. You should prep by understanding your life story and why you want to work in finance and also why banking in general. Overall not hard just make sure to come prepared.
It was professional but if you keep it to a casual conversation it is much more comfortable. No technical questions were asked, just personal questions and behavioral questions. Dress professional and make sure to look up who the interviewers are before it.

A group of 6 people interviewing you, all behavioral questions. They’re very much interested in getting to know the authentic you and just try to keep it low stress. Know the basics about the bank.

Interview with recruiter then interview with panel. The interview is more conversational rather then a barrage of questions being asked. Very welcoming environment overall. I am glad I got that opportunity!
