Very long process. I had 4 interviews each separated by a week or two. First is with HR, then with the department heads then a lunch with the team and finally an interview with other department heads and "elders". Your qualifications don't really matter as much as what you've done for the church and how Christian you are. If your not a member you have to become one and you have to sign off on their guidelines (no drinking, gambling, if your married you can't ride in a car alone with the opposite sex etc). After the four interviews I was told they weren't going to offer the job as they thought I wasn't a good fit. Marking the interview difficulty as difficult because the process is so long it's very difficult to get to each interview if your still currently working
