Asked me to perform a speech on any given topic of my choice. Any topic that I felt passionate about which was very open ended. Ended up giving a speech about cars which I am very passionate about.

Began with an intial phone call and then was moved to a secondary phone call followed by a two in person interviews where i was asked to give a presentation about any topic then followed by a final interview with senior level management where i was asked a number of questions by a out of town exec.
