I was called and had to pass a data entry test before being interviewed with the manager. He asks a lot of questions, then informs you that if you can not process the required amount of bills, then you will part ways. Then he shows you around the billing area before leaving.

The interview was easy and relaxed. The HR manager is very friendly and makes you feel at ease. They then sent me for a drug test right away that had to be done within 24 hours. I got the job on the spot, pending the drug and background tests.
