Southeastern Retina Associates interview questions

Very little in the way of actual technical coding questions, it was all about team fit and rapport with the manager. A very easy experience but not one that was very informative. I was led to believe an offer was imminent, but I was instead kept waiting almost 30 days only to find that the offer was for a significant amount less than what was agreed upon in the interview room.

Fairly routine. Phone call for interview, met with Practice Administrator and Regional Manager. Both administrator and manager asked questions and made comments. It was a relaxed atmosphere.
