Talked about previous experience and what the role was about. Described the day to day tasks that I must complete. The rules I must follow and uphold as I work.

I had a pleasant interview process with my boss discussing what strengths and reasons as to why I wanted to join the writing center team. I was called and discussed things that I could do to help improve someone's writing and and took a small test and we talked about our personal lives a little getting to know one another better.
