I had a standard initial screening about a month after I submitted an online application with a recruiter who was transparent and flexible about pay (was able to negotiate a significant, all-inclusive relocation package from across country), salary above posted and generous starting bonus. He answered questions about reporting structure and general job description and work culture. He stayed in touch with me throughout the process and scheduled me for an interview with the hiring director, a senior peer and in house counsel. That was the only interview and lasted about an hour with roundtable STAR based questions such as how I prioritize work, how I handled specific types of past conflict with clients and staff, my leadership philosophy and other experience/work habit based questions. They were friendly and attentive. I thought I did well but wasn't sure. Two days later I called and got an offer. I was able to work remotely to start but had to relocate within a month (company requirement) to anywhere in CA with a hybrid two days on site (Pomona/Rosemead), three days remote structure.
