Their hiring process appears to be broken. I've interviewed for at least three separate positions that are around the senior advisor level for cyber related positions. The interviewers appeared disinterested as if they were going through the motions to satisfy some type of quota, all while knowing exactly who their candidate of choice already is. It's extremely frustrating to be led on only to be met with aloof interviewers who could care less about the interview. The questions are general behavioral questions and have little to do with the job specifically. Although my experience closely aligns with the position, I don't doubt there are other candidates who may be even more closely aligned for the jobs then I am, but don't waste my time if your not serious about interviewing me for the position.
