I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Southern California Edison (Los Angeles, CA) in Oct 2019
Interview
Very Straightforward and organized process. Met the recruiters at their annual open house and again during a career fair at my university. I recommend reviewing power concepts prior to the interview.

Question 1
Using the star method describe a time when you had a disagreement with another group member and how did you resolve this?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Southern California Edison (Pomona, CA) in Dec 2018
Interview
Applied on company website, heard back from HR via email 2 weeks later to set up Skype interview and then proceeded to next/final round of interviews on-site which was also two weeks later. Very smooth and efficient hiring process from the time I submitted my application to actually getting an offer was about two months in total, being that it was during the holiday season. Skype interview was more of a phone call since there wasn't actual video on either end. Interviewers were extremely monotone, I could not read them since there was no emotion and I could not see their faces, interviewed by a total of 7 people (each person had a question for me) all STAR based questions. On-site interview was more relaxed and somewhat conversational, again also STAR based questions but elaborate ones with 3-5 parts within each question. Overall a good experience, make sure you know your resume and can back it up with good points (projects, past experiences/internships would be best). Also make sure to have good follow up questions, as this was the case for me and it was noted. All interviews are SCORED, so do not fluff your answers and be straight to the point!

Question 1
Tell me a time where you used numerical data. Tell me about a time where you had an innovative idea. Many more elaborate questions, I just can't remember them.
