The interview consisted of a 45 minute Zoom meeting conducted by two potential supervisors. They spent most of the time talking about the job. They did ask a few standard questions about my history with team dynamics. But I feel like they decided early on I wasn't a fit, based on appearance and/or age.

Long and tedious. Took over 6 months from first application to stepping in the door.
