I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Southern California Edison (Rosemead, CA) in May 2011
Interview
The panel interview included 4 interviewers. It was about an hour. Most questions are behavioral questions regarding the attitude and solutions for a given situation at work. But I think in addition to answering the questions, it would be better to include the skills and ability required for the position in the solution.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Southern California Edison in Oct 2024
Interview
Solid interview process with 2 rounds total(first round was one quantitative and one qualitative case study, second round was behavioral and another quantitative case study). However, the HR was unprofessional, the HR was late for all the scheduled meetings/calls, and didn’t show up once.

Interview
Behavioral question based. Not too hard. Know your experiences well and you'll be fine. Interviewers are friendly enough. Seems like they have a lot of job listings so apply to multiple if you're interested.
