Southern Company Project Manager interview questions

Panel interview with 5 team members. Went very smoothly. Lasted 45 minutes. I accepted an offer but they rescinded because I had a DUI a little over a year ago.

It is a behavior based interview asking situational questions, primarily relating to work experiences, with an emphasis on working and leading others. They are looking at how the candidate will react with others in difficult and pressure situations.
