All about sales and metrics . IF your not comfortable selling junk to customers ,don't apply .My trainer was thorough overall training was fine. From the first day you go solo it's all about sales, not work qaulity.It should be the other way around.

Applied online, and received call the next day for a phone interview. After interview was told that the FSM would contact me as soon as the sales forecast was analyzed.
