Panel Interview, which asked questions directly related to inter-organizational software experience and specific questions related to the job description. Questions included specific wetland indicators, different knowledge based questions about water quality, as well as plant and animal identifications.

All went well, follow up email sent after 24 hours but I never heard back. I was hopeful as I'm overqualified and eager. Soon found out through a friend in the company they gave the job to a cute 22 year old intern

The face to face interview was approximately 60 minutes in length. Questions consisted mostly behavioral style questions with very few technical questions relating to the position. Interview board consisted of 3 staff members.
