My interview experience with SpaceX started off very positively. The recruiter was responsive and quickly scheduled my next interview with the hiring manager just two days later. That conversation went well, though it felt a bit rushed toward the end. After that, I followed up and was told feedback was positive and that they wanted to move me forward to a third interview. I provided my availability right away, but nothing was ever scheduled. Over the next few weeks, I followed up multiple times and didn’t receive any response. Eventually, I received a generic rejection email, and my request for feedback went unanswered. Overall, the early stages felt organized and encouraging, but the lack of communication and follow-through later in the process was disappointing.
