My experience with SpaceX was very disappointing. I made it a few rounds of interviews and spoke with a few recruiters. The recruiting team lacked a lot of professional. For one specific interview, the interviewer was really rude. Throughout the entire interview process, she lacked professionalism and asked questions that weren’t relevant to the job. It seemed like she was trying to prove I wasn’t qualified rather than seeing if I was qualified. She had a condescending tone. Through the interview she made remarks about my experience that were frankly rude and uncalled for. Honestly, I’m surprised that SpaceX has recruiters that are like that representing the company. If they didn’t think I was qualified then don’t interview me. I’d rather someone not interview me if they didn’t think I was qualified then interview and treat me poorly throughout the interview. On top of that, after a few rounds, I got a generic email saying I didn’t get the job. Very poor interview process. Try to treat people with dignity.
