I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SpaceX (El Segundo, CA) in Feb 2019
Interview
Interview was 1 phone screening, follow up phone interview, and then on-site. Phone screen was generic to get a feel for the candidate. 2nd phone interview was with the customer support manager and the on-site was with 2 support team managers. It was supposed to be 3 but one was out of town. Interview in person was great, recruiter walks you through what to expect. During interview with managers, they mainly ask questions to see a fit. Was asked to create a short project or presentation on starlink. Only submitted it but did not present.

I advanced 3 phone interviews within one week. The hiring manager, the department manager, and the supervisor. Overtime is expected. I was not able to accommodate the schedule 10-12 hour shift.

Interview
This is an amaizing interview experience. My recruiter, Andy, is incredibly passionate and helpful throughout the process. I have not heard back with an offer, but the chance to experience the tour and meet a few of the people that are making Starlink happen is well worth the time. Hoping I get a follow up soon!
