I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SpaceX in Nov 2023
Interview
I went through to a 45 minute phone interview with the hiring manager within about a week of applying. While the role itself seemed like it was more focused on improving manufacturing processes and industrial engineering, I was asked a lot of mechanical engineering and physics trick questions/thought experiments that did not seem to be relevant to the day-to-day role.
