Very Casual. Met with one person from two different teams. The interview was short and they asked about my previous background, which was in a media agency. I got a call for the job the same day.

I interviewed with two people. One person had a list of questions to ask, apparently Mediavest likes to ask potential employees a set of questions that would be asked again during performance reviews (if hired). Also, they bring you in for interviews even when no position is open. They do that to keep people in mind when something does open up.
