There is an online assessment, which is timed and proctored, then there are two rounds of interviews. Each round of interviews included three people. Good follow up and contact with their primary recruiting contact.

Interview
Required to take a 2-hour online IQ/logic assessment, with a proctor watching you over webcam. This is required for all applicants to the IT Dept. After having scored well enough to advance, I had a phone interview that covered my general background and interest in the position. The next step was a video interview to see where I could fit in, on what team, and if they had any openings even available. A week later I received an email and was rejected. They seem to keep a catch-all job posting available, but they don't tell you what team or area they have openings in, so after wasting 2 hours on a pointless IQ test and multiple interviews, there may be no relevant position even available. This month-long interview experience was a complete waste of my time.

Interview
Didn't get far into the interview process. They started by giving you an assessment by Epic that took about 2 hours to complete. Then came a phone interview with a highly experienced recruiter that asked the usual behavioral questions.
