I have a very transparent and laid back interview process where they overtly told me that I was overqualified for the position. This was for the Wound Clinic, and I had determined it was not the best fit for me.

Involved an interview with the hiring manager and asked about behavioral questions, expectations, and ended with follow-up questions, and the next steps. It is conducted virtually. First round with hiring manager which is the unit manager of the department.
