I am in the first phase of the process. I had an assessment that I had to do first and now I am scheduled for a 30 minute interview. Total time so far is about two weeks

What is your remote work environment like, and how do you stay productive?
I applied online after seeing the job posted on a job board. I was quickly emailed by a recruiter and sent a take home assessment to complete. I have submitted the assessment and awaiting next steps.
I am currently still in the process, I have only completed phase one which is the take home assessment. I am now scheduled to do the phone interview. I will follow up soon
