You interview with your direct team manager then the department manager than the owner. HR does an awesome job at facilitating this process so you aren't so overwhelmed with the experience. They are a great group to work for.

Interview
Long and drawn out, communication was lacking something major, was strung along for multiple positions. I came into office 3 separate times, staying for 1-3 hours each time. Everyone I met was very nice in person, and interview questions were pretty straightforward. There was a shadowing day, which normally I appreciate when a company does.
