Interview
Overall, the interview process was great, I felt as though everyone I met was transparent about the company culture, the role, and the expectations. I met with a couple of individuals on the talent acquisition side before being introduced to the CDaaS team. Once I was introduced to the CDaaS team, there were three rounds of interviewing and the final round included a case component.

Question 1
Most of the interview questions started off conversational and then got more specific about my background and prior experiences.
3 interviews, with VP and two partners. VP interview is more of a get to know you interview. The two partner interviews are to determine fit and if you can speak to a CEO. From there the final partner interview will also test your cold email writing skills. No point over preparing you just need to respond.

The biggest challenge is the case at the end, need to draft an email. Don't over prepare there's no point just work through it logically.
