Specialized Bicycle Components Systems Analyst (Oracle Applications) interview questions

First was a introductory call with recruited who asked some basic business questions to check the communication and knowledge. Then got moved to another round with manager which lasted 30 mins and discussed on the workings of company. second round was with 2 another managers that lasted 1 hour. none of the interview asked any technical questions. all questions were scenarion based.
