Specialty Appliances interview questions

The interview was nice , they ask about your background and why you would be a good fit for their company , a lot of questions are asked about your experience , I feel if you have to much experience it makes them intimidated , they want to be able to start the person at a low pay instead of what they're worth , but HR and supervisor was nice , I even got to take a tour of the place , but I had a feeling that because of my Mechanical background I wouldn't get the job , to much experience isn't always good

Standard interview with STAR questions. The first interview was over the phone, the second was in person. My references were called and I was offered a position soon after. Total time it took to get hired after my application was around 3-4 weeks. My advice would be to prepare and research the company before your interview.
