Overall straight forward and not super difficult. If you know your stuff, you will do well. Questions focused on what your skill set and company fit. The interview was relatively short and professional

Question 1
Asked about your knowledge on building appliances.
I applied through other source. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Specialty Appliances (Cumming, GA) in Oct 2018
Interview
The interview was nice , they ask about your background and why you would be a good fit for their company , a lot of questions are asked about your experience , I feel if you have to much experience it makes them intimidated , they want to be able to start the person at a low pay instead of what they're worth , but HR and supervisor was nice , I even got to take a tour of the place , but I had a feeling that because of my Mechanical background I wouldn't get the job , to much experience isn't always good
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Specialty Appliances (Cumming, GA) in Feb 2018
Interview
Standard interview with STAR questions. The first interview was over the phone, the second was in person. My references were called and I was offered a position soon after. Total time it took to get hired after my application was around 3-4 weeks.
My advice would be to prepare and research the company before your interview.
