Read a job description on Craigslist and sent in a resume. Spoke with the director of operations then had an interview with the showroom manager. The process was easy. We spoke about cars, my background, and past experience. The showroom manager was really nice and courteous.

Easiest interview process I have been through, I sent it my resume, met with the branch manager and got a call back in just a few days. For being a classic car dealership, none of the other employees nor the manager new much about cars at all. There was nothing about cars in the interview.
