Interview process took longer than expected because of traveling schedules from hiring managers and the thanksgiving holiday; however, the entire interview process was very smooth. I had 4 phone interviews and a final in person interview at the Hardware & Home Improvement headquarters in Lake Forest, CA. The interviews were very conversational and the company is interested not only on the skills you can bring to the company, but also to get to know you as a person.
