Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter through a LinkedIn request. I had a short 30 minute call with a recruiter over the phone who gave a quick overview of the company and position available and asked some general questions. Then had an hour long phone interview with the hiring manager. Then went onsite, met with 7 people separately, 30 minutes each, that included key stakeholders from HR, marketing, sales, engineering, supply chain, and hiring manager, etc.

How would you handle conflict? Describe your background/previous experience. How would you research certain topics? How would you get buy in from cross functional team members? What is the product development process? What would you do if the team missed a date?

The interview process was extensive, but comfortable. I had the opportunity to meet with the entire team I would be working with which gave me a good sense of the culture.
