I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Spectrum
Interview
Received a call from a corporate recruiter approximately a week after applying online. He was very personable and communicative, and he told me that the team was interested in moving quickly. I was then contacted by email 2-3 days later to schedule an on-site interview. It was all a pleasant experience; team members I met were very open about their experience with the company, the benefits, why they enjoy their jobs, and why it would be a great fit for me. I left feeling positive. Received an offer a week and a half later.
