Interview
I had two phone interviews then was offered a job. The first interview was more behavioral where they asked the basic where they asked questions like "What do you know about the company", "Why are you interested in this position", "What would you contribute" etc. This interview was conducted by a general recruiter who then sent my application to the main hiring manager. After that interview, I got a second interview where I was interviewed by someone who knew about actual software engineering and asked a little more technical questions but nothing too serious. Overall the interviewers were kind and easy to talk to, so it was a good experience.

Question 1
Four key pillars of object oriented programming and how they're used.
Simple behavioral questions with some basic technical questions about programming languages. The technical questions were primarily to make sure I knew the skills I put on my resume. Total of two interviews one with my manager and the next with the department manager. Very quick process with receiving notification of moving to next round same day.
Began with a phone call to set up a remote meeting, which led to an interview with two employees. Interview took about one hour and was overall a good experience.
