I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Spectrum in Dec 2016
Interview
Interview was conducted by a supervisor and Team lead. This as very nice because the supervisor had reasonable idea of the department that he was running (in my experience this is unheard of) and the team lead who ended up being the smartest guy in a department among some very smart people. This was followed by a character interview by the manager (who also had very good knowledge of fiber infrastructure). One of the most pleasant and up beat interviews I have ever had. Thorough but also full of respect and conducted with an open mind.

I applied online. I interviewed at Spectrum (Austin, TX) in Jun 2017
Interview
A little unorganized, the office is basically cubicles everywhere. Not that much lighting anywhere. They had 5 pages of questions, so I missed four of them and didn't get the job. They also said, "if you don't know them, it's alright" which is a lie. If you miss one question you don't get the job point blank. The funny part is that they keep posting this job online and nobody has filled the position yet. I wouldn't work for this company even if they offered me the job.
