Talked about strategy on how to sell. Also talked about what my career would look like. We talked about benefits and what the company has to offer. Also talked about how to handle the tough weather.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Spectrum
Interview
Came in for a face to face interview. I was asked questions about different selling techniques and why I want to work for spectrum. Then I met with a manager and they confirmed my hire that same day.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Spectrum (North Richland Hills, TX) in Sept 2016
Interview
The interview was with the supervisor that I would be reporting to and his supervisor sat in on the second half of the interview. The interview was the standard interview questions and there was no decision given at the closure of the interview on if the offer would be extended.
The supervisor called me the next day to offer me the position and set up a drug screen and bg check along with my training schedule.
