Hiring and interview process took under 2 weeks. Interview questions not bad at all. Just have to know your stuff when it comes to technology and be willing to work and deal with difficult customers and calls. The job itself can be tedious and repetitive, but also easy.

Interview
The application can be done on their site or on a third party site such as indeed. The employer response took a little over a week, then an a phone interview was conducted. From then you were offered an in person interview if you succeeded.
