Interviewed for a few roles recently. One included me answering questions while recording a video of myself. Took me many hours to prepare and record only for them to hire an internal applicant that was a supervisor previously. I was told the other candidate had additional experience I didn’t have. I thought it was rather rude to make me go through the entire process, taking hours to record myself answering these questions for them to hire based off of someone’s resume. In short, they already knew who they wanted and wasted my times
