Puts you through rounds with already having selected who they will hire. From working with other supervisors and watching who they would hire, it’s not what you know but who you know
Good interview process.
Internal candidate interviewing with Director and Manager. 2 interview process with follow up.
Conversational interview.
I did know the interviewers as I was internal.
Process took a little longer than desired.

Interview
Interviewed 4 different times as well as a presentation and an email to prove communication. Recruiters and initial interviewers are wonderful but when it got to the executive level, the executive team appeared frustrated to be in attendance and the tone of the room was that it was a waste of their time. Despite being told that it would take some time to complete the process and inform me, there was never any further communication which is not professional.

What did your job description look like in your previous role?
3 interview process. Recruiter, manager and site lead. Overall not a bad process. It was a good experience, but I wouldn't recommend them for a leadership position unless you get promoted internally. their training process for leadership is lacking and they kind of just throw you out there without any guidance.
